NORTH WEST & BORDERS SHETLAND PONY GROUP - LUNCH

The Annual Lunch will be held on the 25th January 2009 12 noon for 12.30 at Edenhall Country Hotel, Edenhall, Penrith. It will follow the usual format of Lunch followed by a Raffle and Auction Sale. Anything that you can provide for this will be gratefully received. This is the main fund raising event for the 2009 Show as well as a good opportunity to socialise.

I attach below the Menu, please mark your choice and return the tear off slip to me by the 17th January 2009. Please make cheques payable to the “North West & Borders Shetland Pony Group” and sent to Mrs J L Lowthian, Zetland, Gamblesby, Penrith, CA10 1JA.

If you have any special dietary requests, please speak directly to the Hotel and they will be happy to arrange this for you. Tel. 01768 881454.

If you wish to order different children’s meals, please speak to the Hotel and they will let you know what is available on their Menu. These should then be paid for directly with the Hotel, on the day.
